Gluten is found in products that contain wheat, barley, and rye and those products happen to be highly processed, high-glycemic, and fortified with nutrients that are not naturally occurring. By avoiding these products, I had an optimally healthy pregnancy and returned to my pre-baby weight before my six-week medical clearance to exercise....and you can do the same!
